How verification decisions are made, recorded and expired.
The review
A verifier compares submitted details, photos and documents. Consistency, plausibility of pricing and evidence of ownership are all considered.
Records and expiry
Every decision is stored with the verifier, date, outcome and notes. Verification has an expiry date; expired listings show a clear warning.
Revocation
Verification can be revoked if new information, reports or risk signals emerge. Listings are suspended while re-reviewed.
